Login problems with Lenovo Thinkpad laptops

Some Lenovo laptops have the Dolby Digital Plugin enabled, causing sound frequency shifting and making it unreadable by the mobile app. This can be disabled in one of two ways (depending on model):

  • Open Control Panel -> Sound -> Speakers Setting, Dolby Audio section. Turn off the button.
  • Open Control Panel -> Devices and Sound -> Dolby Digital Home Theatre. Turn off the power icon In the left upper corner.
